Samsung has expanded its partnership with Coinbase to bring more convenient crypto access to Galaxy users in the United States. The integration allows users to purchase digital assets directly in-app with Samsung Pay while also unlocking new perks through Coinbase One. Samsung Wallet and Coinbase Partnership

Samsung Electronics announced that Galaxy users in the U.S. can now connect their Samsung Wallet directly to Coinbase. This means crypto purchases can be made in-app using Samsung Pay, streamlining the process for those who want to access digital assets alongside their other financial tools.

As part of the rollout, Samsung Wallet users also receive a complimentary three-month subscription to Coinbase One. This premium membership includes zero trading fees on select assets, higher staking rewards, and special partner offers. Users who make their first trade on Coinbase can also claim a $25 credit.

According to Drew Blackard, Senior Vice President of Mobile Product Management at Samsung Electronics America, the goal is to make Samsung Wallet a central hub for daily digital activities, from payments and car keys to IDs and crypto access. With Coinbase Pay integration now live, Galaxy users can view their holdings, make peer-to-peer transfers, and manage digital essentials from one platform.
